Part of those estimates included the value of the Air Canada Centre, estimating it was worth about $228 million. TS: Okay so I’m not the only overly-hopeful fan in Toronto, the teachers have the same idea. Although I’d place my money on the Raptors more than the Leafs: where in the Postseason the real returns come to fruition.
